| Hello all! So its been a while but Im sure you survived. thanks for holding out for me...ha!
So thanksgiving was good. we only had 12 ppl sit to eat with us and still managed to have 3 turkeys and more dessert than food. crazy I know but I love it. My family is awesome. While at home, I got my parents christmas present, caught up with the sisters, and made a ginger bread house. Oh and I also pre-celebrated my b-day on thanksgiving.
let me say this really quick, I want to change the pic ( not that I dont love my boys, its just time) but my computer is DEAD!! something with the motherboard or hard drive. AS IF loosing all that music was upsetting enough, I mean COME ON! so if ya'll know a good comp guy to go to and get it fixed please tell me. technology is a real B*#@% .
Saturday I drove in to come to the football game against Tulane. along the way I had stopped to clean my wiper blades off since it was raining and i guess I accidently pushed to hard and on of the became loose. well driving down the interstate I turn my blades on and next thing I know the passenger blade go flying off and over my car! I was all wtf!? so with it storming I drive extra careful to the newest wally in slidell bc Im scared of turning on the wipers in fear of scratching the window and of course its POURING. lovely. so i get there and Im complaining to myself bc I just bought the blades in like june and they were the $10 rain-x kind. so I go buy a new one and the girl in automotive who is checking me out says "you know youre only buying 1, right?" I respond, "yes, I know that bc the other one just flew off while im trying to drive down the interstate. thanks" geez, rub it in huh? well i finally get to the 'burg following after tons of rain, and I meet up to tailgate and party with the big boys. went to the game, we handed them their butts on a silver platter but they hustled quite well seeing the circumstances. so, nice job tulane. during this when i said we had rain I meant jesus was bringing back the flood. but i had fun with TJ, daniel and the 20 army guys behind me (which whom I took tons of pics with- never fails that i just so happen to have my army jacket on that day.) took a nap, a shower and then hit the bar to celebrate my 21st at midnight.
not that I forgot but somewhere btwn midnight and drinks, next thing I know (in no particular order)...I saw a gay guy's nipple ring and would have considered it being violated the way he danced with me (jimmy could vouch for this) if he wasnt gay; my phone vibrates on Gleendale; I see Bryan's balls; Jimmy goes back into medic mode and theres a quick question of sexuality?; I finally get carded for beer and Im legal; I tell a stranger hes not a Monet; I officially know where Dustin Almond lives giving me motive to kick his ass; oh and thank you mr. cool. Im telling ya, it was the perfect way to start my birthday. I had a blast. especially since I hung out with ppl I dont typically so it was a lot of fun. thank you boys (and girls). so 5 am rolls around and I finally get to the dorm. note this is after I carried jimmy to bed on post. (good times) Missy, rach, butler, jimmy and I go to Dandy Dan's for breakfast. I spend my morning/afternoon looking trailer park with a black bra, wife beater, my '03 shorts, a robe, and slippers on, for the most part of the day. all i needed was rollers, a cigarette and a kid on my hip and i was made. ha! well a shower later we finally go to dinner with philip, john and vance now included. It was a good night. nice dinner, good wine, lots of laughs, a boob bite and comfy couch to end the night. oh and the phone call, though it was short, made me smile. love is an interesting thing.
so heres to a busy week. I have to head to my doctors appt for my foot. hopefully all is well. I'll catch you people on the flip side. Get in the christmas spirit!!!! |
